This past week, OU Executive Vice President emeritus Rabbi Dr, Tzvi Hersh Weinreb addressed the Jewish community of Miami Beach in the third of a series of speeches given in the aftermath of the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli yeshiva students.
This latest speech comes after Rabbi Weinreb returned from Israel where he paid shiva calls on the families of two of the three murdered teenagers.
