Rabbi David Pardo is the director of the OU's Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (OU-JLIC) at Brandeis University, where he offers learning opportunities to a campus of 1,600 Jews and serves as rav, posek, and spiritual guide to an engaged Orthodox community of 250 dedicated college students. He was previously the Director of Education and Community Engagement at the House, Toronto's center for young adult education and engagement, working closely with the UJA, Birthright, and March of the Living. He received his BA from UCLA and his ordination from Yeshiva University, with Master's work from Revel Graduate School and supplementary education from the Isralight Institute and Yeshiva University’s Center for the Jewish Future. He's worked for a variety of different organizations in Los Angeles, San Diego, Toronto, Long Island, and Jerusalem, living out his passion: working with different populations of young adults to build supercharged Jewish communities.
