Things have been busy for JLIC at NYU! Recent programs have included: the annual “Sandwich Making and Speed Friend-Making” with Yachad, which gives students the opportunity to interact with Yachad members and to make sandwiches for the needy; the “Rock’n’Roll Las Vegas Half-Marathon” to benefit Yachad; and “Round Table Discussions with OWL” (the Orthodox Women’s Leadership Initiative), designed to empower Jewish women to become leaders in their communities and to give them the tools to ignite change.
