Two halachot pertain to the month of Adar: we increase our joy when Adar begins and it continues into Nisan. If someone has a court case with a gentile he should move it to Adar (not just leading up to Purim). Why is the simcha of Adar not just for Purim itself, why is it the whole month? How is it related to Moshe Rabbeinu?
