The Gemara makes a drasha on a pasuk in Yeshayahu:
“תחת הנעצוץ יעלה ברוש ותחת הסרפד יעלה הדס והיה ה’ לשם”. The Gemara says ברוש refers to Mordechai, הדס refers to Esther and “והיה ה’ לשם” refers to reading the megillah. Of all the parts of Tanach, how did God make a name for himself in the Megillah, the one sefer where his name doesn’t appear!?!
