Creating a new publication is not something that one does every day and warm congratulations are in order to the individuals who produced this excellent first issue of Reunion. Rabbi Dave Felsenthal, director of OU Next Gen, and Rabbi Yehoshua Marchuck, director of OU Alumni, first conceived of the publication and brought the idea to Chief Communications Officer Mayer Fertig. Charlotte Friedland, a past editor of Jewish Action, was asked to serve as the founding editor of Reunion, and worked closely with Alumni Associates Ari Klickstein and Alyssa Wolff, and former Alumni Associate Melanie Goldberg on the content, before turning to OU Director of Design and Branding Carrie Beylus and Art Director Tova Belsh, as well as Designer Esther Berger, who turned all that hard work into the beautiful publication that was the result. Manager of Special Projects Malka Pearl offered logistical support before and after printing.
