Position Summary:
The Fellow will play a key role in supporting both the Executive Office and the Business
Strategy department, working on a diverse range of projects spanning program
management, administrative coordination, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Accounting Director for Business Strategy as well as the Deputy to the
Chief of Staff for the Executive Office, the Fellow will gain invaluable exposure to high-level
decision-making while developing critical professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Office Support:
• Provide administrative, logistical, and programmatic support for the Executive
Office.
• Assist in overseeing and managing programs and special projects sponsored by the
Executive Office.
• Coordinate correspondence, mailings, appointments, calls, and inquiries for the
Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) as needed.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, proactively anticipating needs and
gathering relevant data from all departments.
• Shadow EVPs as needed to gain insight into leadership decision-making.
• Assist the Chief of Staff with various tasks, including research-based projects and
the preparation of source sheets.
Strategic Initiatives and Business Operations:
• Assist with dashboard management by ensuring accurate and consistent data entry
across departments.
• Gather and analyze department feedback on dashboard implementation to drive
improvements.
• Support the grants process, including monitoring spend approvals, coordinating
quarterly check-ins with grant recipients, and helping departments draft required
reports.
• Develop templates for grant reporting and assist in preparing presentations on the
overall grant process.
• Document and refine processes and systems to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
