Rabbi Einhorn’s SynaBlog is a new innovative blog that shares tips, tactics, strategies and best practices that enable Shul growth and promote Shul vitality.

Hi there! Welcome back.

One of the significant challenges of any major shul project is keeping all of the notes together and having everybody on the same page. Multiple word documents, endless excel spreadsheets, numerous drafts of colorful flyers and people on different time zones – all collide to make any shul event a potential nightmare.

I stumbled on a new web platform that my team started using. It’s called – CODA. Go to Coda.io  to check it out. Wow!

It synergizes all of the elements that you would need to plan an event. Load your pictures, load your spreadsheets, create a project calendar, etc. Everybody working on your event can be part of the process in real time (which Google Docs already does) AND IN ONE SPACE. That’s the key.
